What this is
RateAutoPilot is operated by AI Venture Holdings LLC. It is a pricing advisory tool: it suggests a nightly rate and shows you the reasoning. It does not set your prices, and during the pilot it cannot change anything on your marketplace listing.
It is advice, not a guarantee
Every recommendation is an estimate built from incomplete market information. Occupancy, revenue and impact figures are projections, not promises. You decide what to charge, and you are responsible for the prices you set. We think the reasoning is worth showing you precisely so you can disagree with it.
What you agree to
- You own or manage the listings you import, and you have the right to give us their details.
- You will not use the tool to collect data about listings you do not control.
- You will not resell, scrape, or bulk-extract the service.
- You are responsible for complying with your marketplace’s own terms, and with any local law on pricing — including price-gouging rules during a declared emergency.
What we agree to
- Your floor and ceiling always override our model. We will not recommend outside them.
- We will not touch dates you have already booked.
- We will cap recommendations during a declared state of emergency in your market.
- We will not sell your data, and we will delete it within 30 days of you asking.
Pilot status
The product is in pilot. Live Mode is free, features may change or be withdrawn, and we may pause the service. If we are going to stop, we will tell you and give you your data.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, AI Venture Holdings LLC is not liable for lost bookings, lost revenue, or other indirect losses arising from pricing decisions you make. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
