Draft — not yet in force. This page describes how RateAutoPilot actually handles data today, and we publish it so you can see that before you give us anything. It has not been reviewed by counsel and is not offered as a binding agreement yet. Last updated 11 September 2026.

RateAutoPilot is a pricing tool for short-term-rental owners, operated by AI Venture Holdings LLC. This page lists everything we collect. If something is not on this list, we do not have it.

What we collect

Your email address, if you ask for a market read. Stored so we can send it and follow up.
Your listing link and the details we read from it — property type, bedrooms, baths, capacity, rating, review count, location, amenities.
Your calendar availability, if you connect a calendar export link or import it from your browser.
The numbers you type — your usual nightly rate, your floor and ceiling, and the comparable homes you choose to track.

What we do not collect

We never ask for, receive, or store your Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com password.
We do not collect guest names, guest contact details, or booking-level guest data.
We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to anyone, for any purpose.
We do not collect payment card details. If and when we charge, a payment processor handles that and we never see the card.

Where it lives

Application data is stored in Supabase (Postgres) and the site runs on Vercel. Both are US-hosted. Row-level security is enabled on every table, so one account cannot read another’s rows. Some of your working state is also kept in your own browser’s local storage, which never reaches us unless you sign in and sync.

How long we keep it

Email addresses collected for a market read are kept until you ask us to delete them. Property and calendar data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of you asking us to close it. We do not currently have an automated deletion schedule beyond that, and we would rather say so than imply one.

Your choices

Email hello@rateautopilot.com and ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. We will do it within 30 days and we will not ask you why. There is no form and no retention offer.

How we read your listing

There are two import paths and they behave differently. Both are described in detail on How we read listings.

Changes

If we change what we collect, we will change this page and update the date on it. While the product is in pilot, assume this page can change; we will not make it quietly worse.
